Provided with a double capacity hook and thread trimmer best suited for the sewing of heavy material and jeans, the machine not only upgrades the quality of finished products but also promotes efficiency in production.

High Consistent Seam Quality 

The machine is equipped with a link mechanism which is highly evaluated for its straightness, consistency and durability. Thanks to this mechanism, the machine is capable of making well tensed, beautiful finished seams, regardless of the type of heavy materials. The maximum stitch length is as long as 8mm (with the L type machine for the sewing heavy material with long stitch length), thereby making the machine widely applicable to the sewing of heavy materials, such as bags, requiring a longer stitch length.

Sure Thread Trimming Mechanism 

The thread trimmer mechanism comes with a moving knife and a counter knife, which means that a thread as thick #8 (B46~B92, Nm60/3~30/3) can be trimmed. The bobbin thread clamping device securely catches the bobbin thread, there by preventing the bobbin thread from slipping off at the sewing end and eliminating trouble at the start of the next sewing process.

Higher Lift of the Presser Foot for improved Ease of Operation

The lift of the presser foot is as high as 13mm when using the knee lifter, thereby allowing the operator to handle the material on the machine with ease, even when using heavy materials.

Greater Efficiency Thanks to the Horizontal Axis Double Capacity Hook

Changing the bobbin is troublesome, especially when using a thick thread. This machine, however is equipped with a double capacity hook, thereby reducing the frequency of changing the bobbin. Thanks to this feature, greater efficiency is assured.

Provided as Standard with Attachment Mounting Seats

The Machine is provided as standard with extra attachment mounting seats for attachment of new auxiliary parts in the future. The extremely high durability of the seats ensures an extended service with frequent replacement of attachments.
