The Zoje 900 Series is a flagship 2 needle/ 4 thread overlocker (safety stitch) machine (stitch type 5140 for heavy materials. Equipped with energy saving AC sevo motor built into the machine head with automatic needle positioning (top-bottom). AC Servo motor saves up to 70% energy comparing to a convectional electronic motor or clutch motor. Ensure quite work without adverse  vibration.

Needle gauge 2mm, seam width 4mm (6mm with safety stitch), max sewing speed 6,500 spm, differential bottom and top feed – ensures accurate guiding of the upper layer of materials, eliminates the problem of sewing over cross seams. Direct drive type needle bar and central lubrication. Stitch length (density) adjustable by special mechanism.

For this machine we recommend needle system B27 with correct needle points, depending on the fabric.
