AI Full Speed Feeding System

Real-time sensing position changes for the joint of fabric, and calculating the optimal coordination ratio between force and feeding force through AI calculation, realising Presser Foot Tranformer and Smart Rhino Feeding. Synchronous response, cross through various joints of thick, thin, elastic, hard, etc, at full speed without slowing down.

 

 

The new Jack C7 is a fully automated overlocker available in 3,4 or 5 threads versions.

End fabric sensing technology allows ease of use, with thread cutting and foot lifting done automatically at the end the fabric.

Adjustable stitch length, speed, foot lift and cut off helps the machine to be easier to use and allows the user to customize to there liking and preferences.
